1. The fee is payable for 12 calendar months of the year.

2. Fee shall be paid by Cash, DD/Cheque in favour of Knowledge
Academy School at Nearest ICICI Bank or through our school website.
No postdated cheque shall be accepted.

3. A dishonoured cheque will invite a fine of Rs. 500 /-.

4. Term Fee should be paid on or before the 10th of April, July, September
and December.

5. Monthly Fee should be paid on or before the 5th of every month.

6. The following process will be henceforth followed by the fee defaulters.
(i)If the fee is not paid by the due date, a fine of Rs 500 will be
collected from those who pay in the next one week.
(ii)If the fee is not paid by the second week with fine, a reminder letter
will be sent to the fee-defaulter, on the first day of the third week.
(iii)If the fee is not paid till third week, from first day of Fourth week
the services from the school will be withheld till payment is done.
(iv) Student will be readmitted after readmission fee of Rs 5000 is paid
The School does not wish to put Parents or the Student into any sort of
inconvenience, & hence Parents are requested to complete fee payment on
or before the 10th of every month. In case of 5th being a Sunday or a holiday, the fee should be paid on the previous working day itself.

7. For students using Private Van facility, the conveyance fee has to be
paid for 11 months (June to April)

8. Van fee has to be paid for every three months in June, September,
December and February.

9. A student joining or leaving the School during any part of the year
shall pay fee (i.e. School Fee) for the whole year.

10. The fee once paid will not be refunded under any circumstance.
